If,like many people you have been told your laptop is beyond repair and you need a new laptop then STOP!
We repair laptops for business and home users nationwide.
Unlike most computer repair centres, we have the necessary tools & experience to troubleshoot any problem accurately and quickly and can guarantee you that 90% of problems can be repaired by us .
When the unit is repaired we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, it will be professionally packaged and insured and will ship out the day after the repair is completed.
If you decide not to have your laptop repaired after it has been diagnosed it will be returned in the original condition.
We do promise to offer a competitive price on parts and honestly diagnose your system.
If you require a laptop repair, all you need do is either call us on 0161 7988456, Or use our online payment form for the collection & delivery cost of £29.00 and we'll do the rest - arrange for it to be picked up, at a convenient time for you, repair it as quick as possible, and deliver your repaired laptop back to you.
The collection for your laptop will be processed 48hrs after we have received your request for a repair, please bear this in mind when booking a collection date.
Pricing:
Diagnostics are completely free, no strings attached.
We strive to provide affordable laptop repairs. We will offer a solution for any type of problem. Most repair parts are in stock and all parts pricing is reasonable and usually cheaper than other parts dealers.
Payment:
After the laptop has been diagnosed and is ready to ship we will contact you for payment. We accept Paypal, Postal Orders, Cheque.
Laptop repair pickup/delivery
Our pickup delivery service is available Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding public holidays, if booking over the telephone. The cost for this is just £29.00
In order for us to complete your repair, you will need to supply additionally to your faulty laptop, the following:
- Power Adaptor.
- Your system bios and Windows passwords

If you are sending in your laptop for our free diagnosis service and after the fault has been
diagnosed, you do not wish to continue with the laptop repair, you only need to pay £14.50 return postage.
Packaging
All collections should have adequate packaging to survive the trip. 99.7% of
laptops make it here just fine but not packaging in some bubble wrap, foam or shredded paper in the
box is just asking for trouble. Improperly packaged collections will be refused and returned back to yourself deeming them un-repairable
